Official drone zone maps by country
Each country publishes its own map of where drones may fly, where they need permission and where they may not fly at all. Here are the official maps for 39 countries, and what to use everywhere else.
16 countries: the official map opens at your place
In these countries the official map opens right at a chosen place, so you see at once which zone you are in and what applies there.

Everywhere else
Elsewhere DJI's worldwide drone zone map gives a quick first look at where flights may be restricted. It is unofficial: before you fly, check that country's own rules as well.
Before you fly
- Check the zone on the official map, not only on a maker's or an app's map.
- Some zones allow flying only with an authorisation or under conditions: read what applies in the zone, not only its colour.
- Zones change, and temporary restrictions are added for events and emergencies. Check on the day you fly.
- Drone zones apply to small drones too.
Always check permissions and restrictions on the official map. The link collection is compiled and checked by Drone Wind. Copying it or collecting it automatically is not allowed.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I check drone zones in Lithuania?
On the official drone map of Oro navigacija (ANS), Lithuania's air navigation service provider. Drone Wind opens it right at the place you choose.
Is DJI's drone zone map official?
No. It is the maker's own worldwide map, useful for a first look, but the country's official map is what counts.
Do drone zones apply to drones under 250 g?
Yes, drone zones apply whatever the drone weighs. Check the zone's conditions on the official map before every flight.
